We will be assisting Ms. Garens with a "make an offer" type garage sale for all remaining items during the scheduled auction removal times. The "garage sale" will be first come/first served/no holds and will be cash or check only. Please bring your own help to load any purchased items. We expect this event to be very busy. DO NOT park in the driveway until you are ready to load your items!
