This auction will close at a rate of (3) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-3 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 4-7 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold.

Removal date is as follows:
Friday, August 26th from 8:00 to 4:00
There will be a forklift onsite to assist with loading until 2:00 pm. However, The forklift is selling at auction and we can not guarantee it will be available all day. We strongly suggest you come early if you need assistance with loading.
We ask that you do not bid if this pick up date will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal times. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent loss of your ability to bid on future auctions.
Ground Level Removal Only. Plan Accordingly.
This is an "Off-Site" auction. UPS shipping is available. There will be a minimum fee of $10 per lot to haul items back for shipping or pickup from our office. Larger items will be a higher fee. Please send an email to: jim@premiermachineryauctions after the auction requesting your items to be shipped. Please include your paddle number and shipping address if different from the address on your account. Please allow up to (1) week to receive an updated invoice.
A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as 7.38% Sales Tax.
ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee
Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
Unpaid Invoices will be Charged in Full at The Conclusion of The Scheduled Removal Period and will Include a 3% Processing Fee Unless your Items are Being Shipped.
Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/re-sell any unpaid items past the scheduled removal period at the buyers expense.
All Items are Sold AS IS/WHERE IS and With ALL Faults. We Make Every Effort to Disclose any Known Information Regarding Working Condition of the Items but We Strongly Advise Our Bidders to Inspect the Items Prior to Bidding.
