This Auction will Close on Tuesday, December 21st Beginning at 10:00am and will Close at a Rate of 3 Lots Per Minute.
Checkout Dates and Details:
Monday, December 27th from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesday, December 28th from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Wednesday, December 29th from 8:00am to 2:00pm
TK Rigging will be onsite for all (3) days of Checkout. Larger items display a rigging quote for a basic lift and load of the equipment. Any additional prep, laying machinery down, etc. will result in additional rigging fees. Buyers will not be allowed to bring or operate their own powered equipment onsite. All other items not displaying a loading fee are subject to a $50 minimum fee if a forklift is needed to load. Buyers are free to load their own equipment using non-powered equipment but will not receive assistance from auction staff or rigger. Bring your own help.
We ask that you do not bid if these dates and times will not work for you. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in your credit card being charged, forfeiture of purchases and permanent loss of your ability to bid on future auctions.

A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as 7.375% Sales Tax. The buyers premium is taxable.
ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee
Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
Unpaid invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period and will include a 3% processing fee unless your Items are being shipped.
All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and with ALL faults. We make every effort to disclose any known information regarding working condition of the items but we strongly advise all bidders to use the scheduled inspection time to make their own judgments on the condition of sale items as no refunds will be given.
