We ask that you do not bid if these dates and times will not work for you. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in your credit card being charged, loss of purchases and permanent loss of your ability to bid on future auctions.
Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly - We do not have equipment to load items at this site. Please bring help to load your items. Due to limited parking, we ask that buyers schedule an appointment for pickup in advance.
A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as 10% Sales Tax. The buyers premium is taxable.
ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee
Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Buyers of vehicles MUST provide proof of insurance at the time of pickup.
Unpaid invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period and will include a 3% processing fee unless your Items are being shipped.
All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and with ALL faults. We make every effort to disclose any known information regarding working condition of the items but we strongly advise all bidders to use the scheduled inspection time to make their own judgments on the condition of sale items as no refunds will be given.
