Auction Close:
This Auction will Close on Tuesday, August 10th Beginning at 10:00am and will Close at a Rate of 3 Lots Per Minute.

Checkout Dates:
Wednesday, August 11th from 8:00 to 4:00
Thursday, August 12th from 8:00 to 3:00

ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee

Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee.

Unpaid Invoices will be Charged in Full and will Include a 3% Processing Fee at the Conclusion of the Scheduled Removal Period Unless your Items are Being Shipped.

Items Requiring a Forklift for Loading will Display a Loading Fee. This fee is for a basic "pick and place" on your trailer. Please bring an appropriate vehicle/trailer for your purchases. Excessive repositioning, blocking, strapping will result in additional fees.

Buyers are Free to Operate Non-Powered Equipment for Load-out but we Advise you Bring Help to Load.


There will be a 15% Buyers Premium as Well as Sales Tax Charged for this Auction.

Sales Tax Rates:

Items in Wahpeton ND a Sales Tax Rate of 5.00% will be Applied

Items in Breckenridge MN a Sales Tax Rate of 6.875% will be Applied

Preview:
Preview will be held on Wednesday, September 28th from 8:00 to 4:00 or daily by appointment.

Auction Close:
This auction will close on Thursday, September 29th beginning at 10:00 am.
This auction will close at a rate of (5) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-5 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 6-10 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold.


Checkout Dates and Details:
Removal date are as follows:
Monday, October 3rd from 8:00 to 4:00
Tuesday, October 4th from 8:00 to 4:00
Wednesday, October 5th from 8:00 to 4:00 

Larger items requiring a forklift to load will display a loading fee. This fee will not be added to your invoice. Please add any loading fees to your total. We ask that buyers bring appropriate trailers/transportation for their purchases. Excessive strapping, blocking, disassembly will result in increased loading fees.

Buyers are free to load their purchases using non-powered equipment in a safe manner but must bring their own help to load. Buyers will be liable for any damages/injuries caused while loading their own purchases.

Items marked "last day removal only" are in a storage trailer. Under no circumstances will we unload the trailer before Wednesday, October 5th. 


We ask that you do not bid if these removal dates will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal times. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent loss of your ability to bid on future auctions.

Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly.

UPS shipping is available. There will be a $7 per package handling fee added to the actual UPS shipping cost. Please send an email to: nate@premiermachineryauctions after the auction requesting your items to be shipped. Please include your paddle number and shipping address if different from the address on your account. Please allow up to (1) week to receive an updated invoice.
